  • NJSBA Delegates Elect New President and Vice President for Legislation/Resolutions

    The New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA) is pleased to announce the election of its new leadership team for the 2025-2027 term.

    At the Semiannual Delegate Assembly held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, the delegates elected Michael Jacobs (Ridgefield, Bergen County) as NJSBA President, and Bernadette Dalesandro (Netcong, Morris County) as Vice President for Legislation/Resolutions.

    They join the Executive Committee, which includes:

    • Vice President for County Activities: Barry Walker (Bridgewater-Raritan, Somerset County)
    • Vice President for Finance: Dr. Tom Connors (Piscataway, Middlesex County)
    • Immediate Past President: Dr. Karen Cortellino (Montville Township, Morris County)
