recognize the outstanding governance conducted by our member

county to honor the dedication, milestones, and achievements that

student success. Evening Highlights & Honors: During this
special spring celebration, we will proudly feature and honor:
Keynote Address: A special presentation by the 2026–2027 Bergen
County Teacher of the Year, celebrating their incredible impact on
our community and excellence in the classroom. Academy
Certifications: Individual board members who have earned personal
certifications through the NJSBA Board Member Academy this past
year. Board Member Milestones: Dedicated trustees celebrating major
service milestones (10, 15, 20+ years) on their local boards. The
2027 Janet Lobsenz Award: Recognizing exceptional leadership and
commitment to public education. The 2027 Dr. Archie F. Hay Award:
Honoring a distinguished member of a Bergen County Board of
Education for exemplary service. Come out to network with your
peers, share in our collective achievements, and celebrate the
magnificent community of educational leaders driving excellence
