Ocean County Hybrid Meeting- CTOY, Certifications, & Milestones Celebrations

At this meeting, we will recognize members who have achieved important milestones and certifications, as well as honor the County Teacher of the Year, Jacqueline Castellano, Biology Teacher at Brick Township Memorial High School in the Brick Township School District.

Jacqueline brings more than two decades of classroom experience, blending her background in hospital transfusion services with a passion for teaching science. Under her leadership, enrollment in AP Biology has tripled, and she founded the Pre-Med Club to spark student interest in medical careers. Beyond the classroom, she serves on multiple school and district committees, earning recognition as a 2024 “Teachers Who Rock” honoree and District Teacher of the Year. Her creativity, generosity, and unwavering commitment to students make her a true leader in education.
