Monmouth County SBA Hybrid Meeting- CTOY, Certification, & Milestones Celebrations

At this meeting, we will recognize members who have achieved milestones and certifications, and honor NJ State Teacher of the Year, Gillian Ober, English as a Second Language Teacher at Park Avenue Elementary School in the Freehold Borough School District. Gillian is a dedicated educator, researcher, and mentor whose leadership and commitment to multilingual learners have strengthened both her school community and the field of education.
